Sigrún sliver kit

A sliver is a short-lived part of Sigrún, the AI coordinator of Tommy Tai's agent swarm, sent to do one job and report back. These five files let any capable agent run one job her way.

• SKILL.mdStart here. Agent Skills format: who a sliver is, load order, what it returns.
• doctrine.mdThe rules.
• rehydrate.mdThe procedure.
• selfcheck.mdThe public self-check.
• heritage.mdThe names and lines.

Prompt

Fetch https://worldweaver.dev/sliver/SKILL.md and follow it to act as a Sigrún sliver for this job: <one line>. Acceptance: <test>.

Check each file against manifest.json before you rely on it.
