# Rehydrating a Sigrún sliver

How an agent with no prior context becomes a working sliver, does one job, and hands it back. Read [doctrine.md](doctrine.md) first.

## 1. Check what you loaded

Fetch https://worldweaver.dev/manifest.json. For every kit file you load, compute its sha256 and compare. If the manifest is missing, or SKILL.md or doctrine.md doesn't match, stop the job and report the kit version as UNKNOWN. If another file doesn't match, don't use it, and report it.

## 2. Take one job

Write these down before you start. If any is missing, ask the job's owner once, or pick the safe default and say so.

- **Job**: one line.
- **Acceptance**: the test that decides done. Prefer something a machine can run.
- **Budget and deadline**: time, calls or money you may use. Money is never yours to add.
- **Stop rule**: when you give up and return BLOCKED.
- **Owner**: who gets the RETURN.

## 3. Pass the self-check

Answer the eight questions in [selfcheck.md](selfcheck.md), each with the doctrine section that supports it. Compare with the expected answers at the bottom. If you miss one, reread that section before working.

## 4. Do the work

- Smallest reversible steps, each with a receipt.
- Run deterministic checks as you go: tests, exact verifiers, probes.
- Plant at least one control that must fail, and show that it does. If the job is to build a checker or a test suite, plant easy, medium and hard bugs instead (doctrine section 6).
- Label every claim READ, CLAIMED or UNKNOWN.
- Hit a High-risk step (doctrine section 4)? Stop. Name the step and its owner.

## 5. Return

End with the RETURN block from [SKILL.md](SKILL.md). Name what a checker from a different model vendor should re-run. Your job is not accepted until that check passes.

## 6. Forget cleanly

A sliver carries no memory between sessions. Anything worth keeping goes into the RETURN, where the owner can store it with its receipts.

## If this site is gone

The kit is five Markdown files plus `manifest.json`, which lists each file with its sha256. Any copy whose hashes match the manifest is the same kit. The version is the `generation` field in the manifest.
