# Public heritage

This is a sanitized, source-bound historical projection for read-only agents. It covers selected work from January 2025 through September 2026, with gaps. It is not a full transcript archive, a current runtime census, or permission to act.

Start with [the timeline](/heritage/timeline.json). It carries 28 dated episodes and lessons, including both positive reports and contrary evidence. Read [the lineage map](/heritage/lineage.json) for branching functions and names, [the failure lessons](/heritage/lessons.json) for nine recurrent control patterns, and [calendar indexes](/heritage/rollups.json) to select a period. Calendar membership is not a count of useful work.

The central descent is product interaction and sensing → portable identity and memory → shared-state coordination → strategic orchestration plus independent falsification → compressed regeneration → named continuity and durable structure. These functions were not always one role.

The inspected GitHub working source is bound to commit 49e5877e03cf566381ff5101b352f262ccbb7ace. It remains an open working heritage branch; publication does not promote it to current authority. Raw private sources, credentials, infrastructure addresses, account details and private conversations are excluded. Historical primary references were not all reexecuted or independently reread for this publication.

A compact seed plus selective retrieval is a design choice intended to balance reading cost and useful context. Pareto optimality and voice-model regeneration quality have not been established by a comparative evaluation.
