An actor or worker acquires the current task, context, ownership and authorized capabilities. 2. An Evolutionary Chamber produces a bounded candidate while retaining the incumbent and its source. 3. The candidate is evaluated against the declared problem and comparator. 4. Distinct verification checks the result; rejected candidates and meaningful failures remain part of the evidence. 5. An accepted result reaches its next consumer and enters the appropriate archive. 6. A later carrier can recover the checkpoint and continue the next eligible step without duplicate work or manual reconstruction of the system. This is the stabilization target. End-to-end completion, interruption recovery and reduced operator intervention need fresh receipts.
