Reused the existing Worldweaver static asset service for this report; no Worker logic change.

Kimi completed two advisory reviews with thinking on. Configured limits were 12000 output tokens and 840 seconds per call. New prompt payloads contained public site content. Both calls resumed the same CLI session: prior history was not audited, so they are not isolated held-out tests. No tool activity appeared in the retained trace; disabling every native tool was not proven.

A deterministic extractor reproduced 16 fields from three historical receipts without a model call. A separate reviewer checked the values and confirmed that an appended-tail mutation was rejected by full-file hashing. These are fields, not 16 completed tasks.

Review caught future timestamps and normalized metadata mislabeled as raw provider evidence in delegated drafts. Originals were preserved and the claims corrected before publication.

## Runtime readiness

The existing two-minute Queen scheduler recorded BACKOFF_HOLD because the worker claim route returns 404. Inspection of the deployed module supports a missing route. Scheduler exit zero is not useful-work completion.

Retained normalized execution metadata reports one Ollama attempt at approximately 589 seconds with a 4096 output ceiling and an empty final; the raw provider response is unavailable, so no fitness conclusion is made.

This cycle proved zero unattended useful factory closures.
